Processing & Shipping Timeline

At the moment all items are for pre-order. Processing time is 8-12 weeks from order date. This is an estimated time frame to account for supply issues and delays.

Shipping labels (tracking numbers) may be generated up to two weeks before actual fulfillment. If your order shows "shipped" in a tracking app, that is an in-app issue I am not able to correct. Processing is still 8-12 weeks from order date. Shipping timeframes are in addition to that. 

Certified shipping time will average from 3-4 weeks, as that is the standard rate An Post (Irish Post) works with. Also, there is a list of countries An Post is not sending parcels at the moment. 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on total package weight and destination zip code. 

Shipping Policy

Once your order is in the custody of the post carrier I am no longer responsible or liable for lost, damaged, stolen, or delayed packages. If you experience any of these carrier related issues, you are responsible for contacting the carrier directly. I am not privy to more information than what is available on the carrier tracking page.  

If you have concerns about carrier related issues, be sure to choose a shipping option that has built-in insurance and is claim eligible.

Returned Mail

If your package is returned, please contact me to have it shipped again. Customers will be responsible for paying additional shipping costs. 

Customs & Import Charges

MariaArtie Shop is not responsible for customs or import charges.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, unless there is a current An Post suspension.

My package was marked "delivered" but I did not receive it.

It is common for a carrier to mark a package as "delivered" and the item arrive the following business day. Check with neighbors, apartment offices, or visit your local post office. If you still haven't received it after 3-4 business days, contact the carrier directly.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Returns and exchanges are not accepted at this time. All sales are final, so be sure to review all the items + shipping times before placing an order. However, if your product is damaged or defective, please contact me ASAP (within 2 days of delivery) with photos and your order number.

Can I edit or cancel my order? Can I change my address?

If you need to make any changes to your order (including address changes), please contact me within 5 days. After that time or if you have already received a shipping notification, we cannot guarantee any changes. Changes cannot be made once your order is shipped.

When contacting for order or address changes be sure to include order number, updated information, and any relevant details. The more detail the better!

We do not accept order cancellations at this time. No order holds, please have a shipping address set before placing your order.

Why didn't I receive an order number/confirmation?

Often this is because an email address was not included during checkout. You can contact us with your email address and a confirmation will be sent. If email was provided, check your spam folder.

Can you produce the figurine with a custom design?

You can reach out to me if there are my artworks you'd like to be produced as a figurine if they are not in my shop's catalogue. However it will be considered as a custom design and therefore significantly more expensive. Moreover I have a right to refuse, because not all designs can be adapted for 3D printing.

Why prices for the figurines changed?

I keep prices for pre-orders at the same rate (50 EUR), no matter how difficult the design is. However all the figurines in the "custom" section are priced as a comission work, including figurines that were once pre-orders and then were sold out.
